«Buenas prácticas en la gestión de crisis»
Today, all organisations are more susceptible to crises than ever . Accidents, natural disasters, reputational trances, social conflicts within the organisation itself, etc. are all events that can happen at any time and will involve, in addition to very specific economic damage, the loss of credit, image and reputation of the company, jeopardising its survival and compromising its future.
The fact that crises tend to arise unexpectedly means that, in many cases, we are unaware of what needs to be done to anticipate and prepare possible responses. To facilitate this anticipation, this publication, based on the many cases studied by Institut Cerdà’s Crisis Management and Resilience Support Service, summarises existing good practices for addressing a crisis and the aspects where there is a need for improvement on issues that clearly need to be avoided. It is a very complete summary of lessons learned from real cases.
