COMPETITIVENESS AND SUSTAINABILITY INDICATORS OF THE CATALAN LOGISTICS SYSTEM
Once more (15th edition), the indicators of competitiveness and sustainability of the Catalan logistics system are now available from the Logistics Observatory.
The Logistics Observatory annually presents the Competitiveness Indicators of the Catalan Logistics System. It is published by the Department of Territorial Policy and Public Works of the Generalitat and Cimalsa, with the technical collaboration of Institut Cerdà.
The Logistics Observatory currently collects systematised information on 46 indicators, grouped into six areas that address different topics of interest in the logistics and transport sector. These areas are: socio-economic context, infrastructural supply, supply and demand, property market, efficiency and urban logistics. These competitiveness indicators aim to help better understand the logistical demands of companies and also to provide information with real and objective parameters on the current and future situation of the sector. The observatory is therefore an efficient tool for planning and managing the logistics system of Catalonia.
