Through the start-up acceleration program, the Repsol Foundation Entrepreneurs Fund promotes innovative projects for the energy industry, advanced mobility and the circular economy, contributing to a more sustainable energy future.
Repsol Foundation’s acceleration program, Entrepreneurs’ Fund, supports the talent of innovative start-ups in the field of energy industry, advanced mobility and the circular economy.
The Repsol Foundation selects between six and eight proposals in each call. Then, over one year, these receive financial support, technological, legal and business advice as well as training adapted to their needs and the possibility to test their prototypes in industrial facilities.
There are two categories of support, ideas and business projects, depending on the state of development of the proposals. Business projects receive up to 144,000 euros a year and ideas receive 24,000 euros over 12 months.
Institut Cerdà has been collaborating with the Entrepreneurs Fund ever since it started, and has now seen 48 start-ups created and more than 2,700 proposals evaluated.
